Hi Sir/Mam,
I had given my Nexus 7 tablet for repairing to Asus Customer Service Center in Wazirpur, New Delhi. The problem was that the tablet was not getting charged.They told me to collect it after 1 week. I received a call and went there but Umar(the attendant and technical guy) said actually there was a miscommunication and your tablet is ready but the chager cable is defected and he had launched a reuqest for a new cable and it would take 4-5 days or so.
Being their fault, I requested Umar to provide it to me on a convenient Metro Station. It's been a more than a month.I have been calling him but he doesn't pick the phone.Today[protected], I called on landline and incidently I was able to talk to him and soon after he disconnected the phone and put the dialler aside.
Such misbehaviour of the customer service centre leaves the customer to take a decision, not to buy the BRAND product next time. I think the higher authorities should take strict action against this person(Umar) and return my cable.
I am attaching the receipt which he gave me(see the date too) and the Mobile no o[censored]mar is [protected].Hope the authorities provide some customer satisfaction.
