i am a ceo of BrandMaster and my company base on web and software related. We had purchased 7 laptops and 4 smart phones and 2 desktop monitor for our company. We are very much like your product. But recently we getting problem with your guy. They behave very rudely and never keep their commitment.
Recently I had purchased an eee book and getting problem on it. It comes with pre installed windows. I was getting problem on system restore. My RMA no is INUY560026 and serial no F3NLCX[protected]. Your service center guy told me that take 1 days for repair it. So i leave my eee book on service center. I contact with service center after two days for progress also I am leaving Australia for business. I had sold that laptop only for light weight because I want some light weight day to day use for meeting where I have another Samsung notebook. I requested to service guy for delivering my eeebook before 12th jun. I want to take that to my Australia tour and they promised me they can make it before 10th jun. But it never happen and can’t keep their promise. Also service center manner and behavior was too rude. now hey told us its take many days and cant give me before 10th July.
Now please tell me when I can get it. We never got that of problem on other product. If that happen again then we never ever buy any product from your company or never suggest buying your products to others.
We are a software developing company so I have very much knowledge about that process. If we don’t get my product in two days then we return your entire product and make a legal step against your company also contact with Indian consumer forum.
