I purchases Asus laptop on 7th of june and on 19th of june the screen was not working properly, a corner of the screen was blank and rest part was ok. I was traveling so could not make a complaint on that day . Now as I am back in Delhi I am writing this to ASUS customer care. I went to the service center as well . I don't need repairing of my Laptop, I need a replacement for the same after all it has happened to me within 12 days of purchase. There is no cause of mishandling from my side. I am also attaching few picture for your reference. If i didn't got a replacement i am going to file a complaint in consumer forum as well and also i am gonna spread this issue on all social media sites everywhere on Facebook, twitter and whats app . I am not satisfied with ASUS hardware as well. I am a student and I can't afford another laptop. I need immediate replacement for the same.
