I had placed an order for laptop screen as it had cracked at F1 Info
Solution & Services Pvt Ltd, Nehru Place as it happens to be a authorised
Asus service provider paid an advance of Rs 7000. I was informed that I
could take My laptop.
This happened on Thursday 5th Feb 2015. On Tuesday 10th Feb 2015 i was
informed that my screen had arrived. The following day i received a call
threatening me that in case I did not visit the service centre my screen
would be sent back to Asus. On Thursday 12th Feb 2015 I went to the service
centre. After waiting for an hour I did not receive any service. I then
called the number of the service centre and after shouting at them did a
person come out to help. I was informed that it would take an hour to
replace the screen. After waiting for an hour and a half did the service
centre people finally respond. One person informed me that the screen which
had been sent by Asus was faulty and i would have to wait for at least 5
days for a replacement. I was agitated as I had waited for 3 hours already.
Next I called customer care and I was asked to connect customer care to
someone at the service centre. When i requested the service centre no one
listened to me and refused to talk to customer care. Customer care asked me
to hold on and they tried to connect to the service centre directly. After
waiting for 20 minutes I was informed by customer care that the service
centre did not receive their call. I had travelled 10 kms in Delhi traffic for this. After a week i'm asked to come to the service centre again. This time I keep my laptop overnight for the screen problem. Next day I took the laptop and the wifi was giving me problems. I called the customer care and dropped mails to the customer service however did not receive any reply for two weeks. The service centre refused to check the wifi problem. Then finally I got a call from the service centre saying that the new screen they had replaced mine with had some problems with the wifi wires. It has been three weeks and I have spent Rs 15300 for the same yet with no solution. Extremely poor service. This company is providing second class equipment.
