I had applied for warranty service extension for 2 years and paid INR 4400/-. Had completed all the formalities long ago on 18 august last month, still no proper reply from them, they are just postponing it, saying the delay is from ASUS company side. If this is the service you provide to your customers then how on earth do you expect your brand to have a good name in INDIA. Might be you people haven't heard the saying that " When one feels good about a product he may recommend it 2-3 people, but when the opposite happens he ll make sure that at-least 100 wont buy the product.I am a student studying engineering if still doesn't get solved, then at-least i ll make sure none of my friends and their friends buy an ASUS laptop.
