Hello,
I've been having an issue with my ASUS laptop since 15th May, 2021. On this date, i called up tech support and troubleshooting was done where it was suspected to be a hardware issue. I was promised an on-site tech service. But, no warranty service has been given till now and i just keep waiting. I called the company's tech support numerous times (about 13 times to be precise) since May up until now, but no resolution has been given as yet. I have been told that the on-site tech would come and that the issue would be taken care of, but they've been telling me this for the past 6 months and i have never been called for the after sales warranty service whatsoever. The laptop in question was brought brand new in the month of November 2020; so it was working fine for only about 6 or 7 months; followed by ASUS's inability to fulfill their manufacturer's on-site service warranty that came with the system.
Please help me look into this issue as i badly need the system to function for my online classes. Please do not hesitate to get back if you should need more details and i will be glad to comply.
