Refer to the above matters, we wish to forward the complaint matters to the respective department.
We have purchased 1 unit Asus K30AD-BING-MY00IS(DESKTOP) dated 3th Mar 2015. During its time we have encountered problems in using the refer computer as such we have complained to the Asus centre by calls. The respective Asus technician were attended to our problems on 2th May 2015 with new parts. The technician told us the part still encountered fault. Replacement part will be arranged again. Recently we call the Asuz centre, they told us the replacement will be arrived soon in mid of Jun 2015. The long delay have caused in leaving one set of computer dormant for a least of three months. Please rectify this matters as soon as possible and do not create more difficulties for needed to purchase one more additional computer.
Finally we hope you could attend our matter as soon as possible to prevent from delaying.
