Asus India — 20 days old phone crashed no spares available

Hi all, I got Zen Asus 5 on[protected]. Product was fine till[protected]. on[protected] phone didn't power on. Took it service center in Chennai digi com. They say that mother board is gone order for spares and waiting for it . Its more than a week still I haven't got phone back I get a constant reply no spares . I even spoke to Asus customer care even that is worst part they are saying spares will be shipped only by[protected]. This really sound so ridiculous.
