I'm completely dissatisfied with the Kind of response that I'm receiving from "ASUS India" nor the dealer "Regenersis Service Center India" handling my product. I had given my Motherboard (which is under warranty) for service on 20th Sept 2014. It is more than 20 days now, I have escalated the issue till ASUS Customer Service Manager & ASUS Customer Loyalty however no one is ever bothered to call or give a status update on my issue. This is really pathetic and shows the standard of their customer service.
I regret to have chosen ASUS as my choice of product and definitely do not recommend this to my friends and family.
PS: The motherboard that I have submitted now is actually a replacement for a faulty board that I bought few months back. The products that they sell is highly of sub standard and gets faulty very easily.
