I purchased a new laptop on the month of may 2021 . Post that I had applied and paid for the ASUS promo offers which included 2years extended warranty, a 1TB hard disk. I also received a confirmation mail from them regarding the amount paid (paid on 6th of may) and it said that I will receive the products in 45 days i.e. by[protected]. By 21st of july, I received the extended warranty via email but there was no response from their end for hard disk every single time i get connected with their customer support team they told me to wait for next few days even they also asked for alternate address which is also provided but still there is nothing happening. As per tnc the maximum TAT was 45 days but its been more than 100 days still they have nt dispatched my product here is my ticket number BTS-120531 also i have attached the necessary proofs . Now a days also they are not responding to our calls and email which is the most pathetic service so kindly look into this matter i want my 1 TB hard disk Requesting you to resolve the issue ASAP .
