I have submitted my mobile in service center on 05-jun-2019 and got standby unit. Visited the service center on 10-june to collect the mobile and found issue not resolved.
Service center personnel don't even understood the problem, they just flashed the software. I explained and shown the issue to them in 10-june and left my device service center.
They opened new rma on 12-jun-2019, till now there is solution to the problem. I hope they (Service center) tried some options but no results.
I have been calling them (Service center) twice in a week and following-up. Even they don't have any solution so they contacted asus technical team and sent device to them in last week.
Mean time contacted customer support to escalate the issue, but didn't noticed any difference in the way things are going-on.
Contacted and shared details with asusindia on twitter but no response from asusindia.
I'm relocating to bangalore from chennai, and i need to take care of multiple things. This mobile issue is bothering me a lot. And i'm extremely disappointed with the service from asus.
As of now i'm not sure whether issue will be solved or not. If not solved what can i do? Lot of confusions.
Kindly help me with the issue. If its hardware issue and possible to find and replace, please do it. Or else give me my money back. Was this information helpful? |
