I bought an asus laptop on 31.10.2018 from Paytm . I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a extended warranty and JBL speaker as goodie for rs. 1098/--. I got confirmation email from asus on 31.10.2018 regarding the payment and they promised to share the goodie with in 45 working days. But since then, its been more than 45 days, no goodie received. I have tried calling them, but they never pick up the call. They even don't respond to the emails sent to them on [protected]@asuspromo.in. I am tired of their such irresponsible behaviour towards their customer. Therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.
