I purchased Asus E210 through Flipkart on February 5th 2022. Yes just last month. I have struggled like anything to get my son this laptop for his board exams to prepare. Had to take a loan and buy this laptop which did not even work for one month. This month he has exams through out and the service support people cannot even tell me by when it can be fixed. I did not buy this laptop to call so many support numbers and beg so much. There is no light on the charger when it is plugged in. It never happens with Dell or hp or apple laptops which rich people can buy. What about people like us. We rely on you believe your brand and just because only we poor dumb uneducated people can afford and buy you cannot give us some defected laptop which died within a month of purchase.
I demand to receive a call from somebody from higher authority from marketing or customer relations to address this and just replace this laptop with a new one otherwise I will write to consumer court or maybe higher than that if required. As it is for a child's education is hampered and the 23000 rupees which I had to take on interest loan believing you guys.
