I got your company laptop from Amazon in the month of July 2020 and since then I regret having chosen you. At first within a month I reported the issue and got a replacement. Now the issue continues with the replaced laptop too ??? we contacted amazon they said they cant help we need to contact Asus directly. From the below trail you will understand our ongoing conversation with your customer service.
At first I was told we will book an onsite but then the request was declined from your end. We were given a list of below service center addresses - Java Telecom, this center is hopeless and the staff lack technical knowledge.
We were asked to book an appointment via a whatsapp number [protected] note this is just a whatsapp number they do not pick up call. their calling number is [protected].
So, after all back and forth we first visited the center with the laptop on 28th September 2020, explained all my issues to the so called technical person attending me and submitted my unit for fix.
No one bothered to contact me so i followed up the following week i.e on 5th and after two days i was replied that there is an issue with motherboard.i again followed up after 5 days and then i was asked to collect my laptop, they said the issue was resolved.when i went there to my surprise the issue wasn't fixed, it was very clear that they did not understand what i explained to them on 28th sept during unit submission. I did a demo and showed the actual problem again and told them that its urgent and i need faster resolution, on 14th i was asked to wait for 2 more days for the update and till now i'm following up but they are not bothered to reply to my email. i hope you now understand where my frustration is coming from?? i bought this laptop in july, got it replaced by company in august, reported issue with replaced laptop again late august/sept and its still ongoing.
all parties involved must realize that i have paid a huge amount for this tech peice and i'm not able to use it!!! I'M JUST PAYING ITS MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS AND THERE IS NO END TO THE ISSUE WITH THE LAPTOP.
PLEASE TREAT THIS AN ESCALATION AND RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITHIN NEXT 48 HOURS BY EITHER FIXING THE LAPTOP OR PROVING ME NEW ONE (WITHOUT ANY FLAW).
I MUST MENTION THIS THAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM YOU COMPANY IS PATHETIC, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY LAPTOP OF THIS BRAND AND THAT TOO OF THIS BIG AMOUNT . ADDITIONAL CONVERSTAION REF : ASUS Service No=A[protected]ASUS Service No=A[protected] ASUS Service No=A[protected]
