I purchased asus zenfone max mobile one year back. Recently it started to develop some software problem and not booting. But it is charging normally. I took it to asus service center at vijayawada and they took it inside and said it is not charging. However i asked them to diagnose the problem and call back me with an estimation. They told me that some pcb connected with charging and mouth piece is defecting and will cost rs. 1250 to replace and software will be updated within the same cost. Now they say motherboard is damaged. I have 4 asus mobile phones at my home and purchased them with great anticipation of good quality as the name is familiar. Now i am made to review my opinion about the company and its services. I did not take the phone back. I can not prove anything either. I dont have the intention of getting it repaired, as i feel i am deceived. What can i do now. I just want to share my feeling as it could be of some help to others before they grew expectations about the company and be more careful and not to trust blindly.
