Asus India — Asus notebook laptop

Hi,
I have asus laptop. From the date of purchase i am facing hanging, freezing issue i went asus service center to extend the ram in my laptop, before installing that i asked for Compitability in laptop for ram then i bought ram & get installed in laptop from asus service center which nearby me, when i got installed ram from this service center they missed one screw to install in it but i thought let it be, then i searched online rating of this service center which is only 2 star out of 5 star, centr created many problem to me nobody behaving good, they shout every costomer, they have mentioned wrong number on the job card, i am trying to call them to ask status of repair laptop but nobody is picking call. They all staff always dont behave good with customer, as we know that every company have priority of customer satisfaction which asus doesnt have which i felt, i am feeling its manufacturing defect in laptop, its been 1 year and it has motherboard issue and how can be possible in a new laptop suddenly motherboard issue occur and i have not used this laptop ruf n tuf, it has been rarely used only 10 times in a year, Service centr taking many days to repair laptop and giving excuse of part is not available its been 21 days, i want justice or clarification still laptop is hanging please audit inside the service centr what is going on there and i told them this issue that you had mised screw so pls install it but they saying we will not do this, which ram i got installed by paying service charges 800 something but without informing me they have uninstall ram and saying we will not install this ram again you have to pay for installing and if i have already have paid so do i need to play, they have damaged body of laptop screen frame not getting fit. If my laptop had problem with motherboard so why they opened screen, i think manager is not managing this service centr in right way something is going wrong inside and each and every customer is not satisfy from the service centr, every one is confused to get service or not from this service centr because there are many customer those who can only visit this centr, they dont have any option because of this manager is taking benefits that every customer is bound to come here. so, please help me out, if my issue is not get resolve then i am gonna raise this in CONSUMER COURT, will call police at service center to resolve my problem.
