I ordered one Asus laptop from the Asus online store (https://in.store.asus.com/) on 30-May-22, and after placing the order when I confirmed about the shipping with the customer care - it was informed to me that the product would be shipped through Bluedart. But the product was shipped through Delhivery courier and the assured delivery date was 03-May-23. However, after one day I get an email from Asus that the shipment has been handed over to Bluedart on 31-May-22. But while checking with the tracking ID on Bluedart's website it didn't show any tracking information. On Delhivery's website there was no tracking after 31-May-22. Therefore, I asked for the cancellation of the order as it was not delivered on 03-May-22. But the order was not cancelled and the amount was not refunded.
