Hi All,
I bout a ASUS laptop from Reliance digital and within a week, its keypad is not working correctly. I filled a complaint after struggling to find Asus customer care No. ( which you have to wait for 10-12 min before they respond/cut) & email of support, I could not find till date.
After a lot of Struggle, I could lodge a complaint & engineer visited, did not provide any receipt & said, the keyboard needed to be replaced which will take 15 days &.
Imagine the hardship I have to face for the last 7 days & 15 more days & then the new laptop will be repaired.
Which is not acceptable.
Asus Service engineer posted at reliance digital did not resolve the issue.
I can say worst service I should have gone from a branded laptop,
So friends avoid purchasing ASUS products & go for reputed brands, no support at all. Was this information helpful? |
