As a part of asus back to school promo offer, i was offered some discounted offers on ms office and other products. Post receiving the offer, i paid rs1990 towards ms office - h & s 2019 on 16th oct. The offer was supposed to be fulfilled before 30th nov, as per mail from asus promo.

However, the offer is not fulfilled even after the assured date. Their call centre is the worst and no one attends the call.

There is no confirmation on the status on mail and not able to reach the call centre after repeated attempts. This is clearly a scam. Pls do not fall for this scam.

When I am using laptop it is studenly shutdown
So when I take to service center they said that motherboard problem and after when they repair and give to me same error was repeating...

i have purchased and hdd and ms office in back to school offer last year. its aleready more then 1 year but still the order is not dilevered i tryied many times contacttin. but no response. literely by trying and trying i even lost my screenshoot of my recipt. i am just feedup of your service, if ou cant deliver atleast return my money back

I have purchased one ASUS laptop in Sep 2020. As part of Asus Promo offer, I have paid Rs 1999/ for Microsoft Office software. Almost 01 year had passed, despite numerous Emails and calls to customer care the item is yet to be delivered.
Iam ashamed of taking that decision of buying this laptop from Asus. Totally incompetent Call centre people who have been trained to speak only one lie that your item will be delivered in next 10 days.
