I had buyed this laptop 4 months ago. I am proud to be an asus user. But now i am facing certain complaints for this product. Firstoff all the lap is not performing well and i am facing software complaints. Within this short period itself the keyboard had damaged. I am totally disappointed by this product. When i approched the authorised dealers the response was not fair. To resolve this problem, i would appreciate your money refund or replacement of the product. I am looking forward to your reply.
