My phone was purchased on 21/08/2021 and was dead on 15/11/2021, I gave to your authorized service center in bangalore (indranagar branch), they told me that the spareparts ( motherboard) are not available presently and also some customers are still waiting for 45 days, it's been 12 days now and I haven't got any response from you guys, I am in some telegram groups where people complain that their motherboard were again dead even after 2 times of motherboard replacement of the same rog 5 phone. I have been emailing your service team regarding this issue and all I get back as reply is to wait! How long should I keep waiting for motherboard issue? I'm really annoyed, very slow service for a premium phone, I was a one plus and iPhone user previously, but never faced such issues with them, I regret buying this scrap phone. I have also complained regarding this to the consumer court yesterday dated 26/11/2021. Also you have only 3 service centers in bangalore, and even these guys don't have any signs or billboard outside to find the service center, it's a very bad experience to even search for the service center without any sign boards ( indranagar service center branch bangalore)

My time has been wasted running behind your service center and searching them, mailing to them, also my YouTube channel is under halt due to your company phone breakdown, I haven't attend my work zoom calls, nor did I have a phone to take with me to click pictures on my tour to goa, and more over your company's phone will again breakdown, I've had enough, so it's better you guys do me a full refund on the same, simply please don't waste our precious time and yours too. I have also made a complaint regarding this on the consumer court, my complain # 3123187 in the court, you can check the complaint in the consumer court website with this above number.
