I am a student pursuing architecture, 4th year, from ggsipu, delhi. I purchased this expensive notebook from my parents' savings as my field requires the usage of heavy softwares. This laptop has been giving problems since day one. Just after 4 months from purchase, it's motherboard crashed and had to be replaced. Ever since it has been overheating and crashing. I am unable to use any basic software, without it crashing. I have taken it to the service centre 4 times in the last 1 year. The problem with the laptop is that it overheats and begins to throttle which results in the crashing of the softwares. Despite having explained the problem, the service centre just reinstalls the windows and returns the notebook saying there's no other problem. Every time i go through the pain of reinstalling all my softwares and taking backup again and again just to land up with the same problem again! No one here is able to fix it's hardware and just knows how to reinstall the windows! It's been 1 year going through this problem and wasting my time and energy in trying to get it fixed, or as per what they do, reinstallation of windows. Visiting the service centre every month is tiring! I request you to replace this notebook, asap, so that i can prepare for my ongoing submissions.
I have uploaded 2 files showing the throttling of my notebook while using and without using a software. And one photo after running a benchmark software where the results show that the performance of my i7-7th gen is worse than an i7-3rd gen

Did you applied latest bios firmware and intel microcode update .
i seen thermal throttling maximum in red colour in firast two photos .
