I had received defective laptop from flipkart on 3rd october 2019, i had raised a replacement request regarding the same. Technician visit was carried out by flipkart and asus on 8th october 2019 and the technician has acknowledged the problem and gave the do. However since then no update from the part of flipkart has been done. Neither the status of my complain is changed nor did they acknowledged the technician visit.
Flipkart is the worst e commerce site when it comes to customer support.
