On Fri i.e 2nd Dec 2016 i took my phone to service centre since it had a partial touch problem, they diagnosed it with out the job sheet and they told the full touch and screen has to be replaced it would cost me around 4000+ so I asked for the negotiation, so they told they have to contact the ASUS in this regards so i told okay & took back the phone. I was using the device as usually but all of a sudden the 80% battery was shown as 4% and the device was switched off, after which it was neither charging nor switched on, it was only vibrating very often.
After this is called the service centre they told to get the phone for the diagnose, I took it on 3rd Dec 2016 initially they told it has battery problem later they replaced it with the test battery and they told its working fine when I asked the same can I have a look at the device AS soon as the power supply was removed the phone was switched off so I asked what is it if the phone has 70% why was it switched off they again told need to check it, since I had not taken the data backup I waited for 3hours and took the back up and submitted the phone after I got the job sheet.
Got the call from the service centre they told to replace the parts it would cost 16000/- I asked for what they told touch screen alone with the motherboard has to be replaced, when I asked the reason why is it so it was working fine when I got my pone yesterday and you have diagnosed it also why didnt you say the same on the same day? they told the IC is corrupted so the whole motherboard has to be replace, I told its the fault from my side, since I have not donr any sort of damage to the phone it was in my hand only, it was you people who was diagnosed it after which it stopped working, so I want my phone as it was working on the 2nd Dec 2016 Was this information helpful? |
