I have purchased an asus laptop on 19th june 2020 from amazon.in.
Asus vivobook 15 x512fa-ej373t intel core i3 10th gen 15.6-inch fhd thin and light laptop (4gb ram/512gb nvme ssd/windows 10/integrated graphics/backlit kb/fp reader/1.70 kg), peacock blue
Seller is - appario retail private ltd
There are problems like - blue screen, slowness, hung, etc. It has been only 20 days and we have been experiencing problems. When we contacted asus support bangalore, they have sent an engineer to resolve the problem. The engineer managed to fix the problem momentarily but again on the same day we have been experiencing the same problem again. The laptop is practically dead. We have been in constant touch with asus support but none of them have been able to fix the problem. They are not ready to replace the product and they say we will repair it but not sure when. Imagine if this is the condition of the laptop in just 20 days of the purchase, what would happen after the warranty expires?
I have submitted my feedback to them, amazon, seller but it has been of no use until now.
Please do not purchase asus laptop, you will definitely regret the decision.
I have been talking to arun, pushpa and prakash from the asus support team and it's a never ending conversation with no results.
