[Resolved] Asus India — Asus Zenbook 14 - no power on

Purchased : September 2020.
From Authorised seller: Oxygen digital കോട്ടയം, Kerala

The laptop is not power on. Tried multiple times, also tried the 40seconds battery power reset as advised by customer care.But still no luck.
Only had normal usage.
This is very upsetting.
I need a remediation as i have almost spent nearly 1 lac Rupees for this laptop.
Already replaced the faulty charging adaptor few months ago.
Barring the overheat issue, which I never complained, this has become worse.
Please kindly help get to replace the faulty device or refund me.

Why is this marked resolved. I havent got back my product back from the service center. Without knowing if they have fixed the situation I cant keep this complaint resolved.
