I had given my zenphone 2 for repairs to regenersis (I) p ltd vide rma#inulh60890 dt.22.6.17
Phone was in working condition except for f and b camera not working and speaker sounding corse.
The quotation given was too high, hence repairs was rejected and phone was collected on 26.6.17 at 6.30pm closing hrs. The phone was collected by my son and was not checked for its as it is working, assuming that it must have been the same. Neither the personell at centre show that the phone was working.
Upon inspection at home, we found the phone totally dead, this was immediately reported via email. Then on a call was made to the centre on 27th at 10 am for this fault. The phone was taken to the centre at 3 pm. But to our surprise the centre technician denies of any fault. The centre should have returned the phone in as it is working condition but have done some fault while checking and made it dead. A dead phone was returned to my son, which very cunningly is denied by the centre.
This was least expected from a multinational american company of claiming the customer is telling lies.
I expect an inquiry at this centre at andheri (E) so that any other customer is not taken for granted. Please note that now i shall never buy any asus product due such service. Was this information helpful? |
