Purchased a ZenFone 2 laser, on 27th July'16. After 10 days it started giving trouble. When I make a call or receive a call from some 1, person whos on other side of the call, can't here my voice. But If I hold the phone horizontally near to my mouth, person can here me properly.
I took it to service center and they kept it for 2 days. Today 30th July I got my phone back and I didn't have my SIM that time. So couldnt check properly. When I check it at home issue was not resolved.
Now when, I called customer support they said to submit the phone again. I asked them a simple question what if even this time issue didn't resolved and they don't even bothered to answer my question.
Shubham, the CC executive confirmed that I can call them and they will talk to the person in Service Center to fasten my request, when I asked him to send me the confirmation on mail, first he said "Please be on hold I'll send the mail" but after some time he confirmed that He can't send any confirmation on mail because his senior asked him not to do so.
Shubham confirmed he will arrange a call back within 2 hours and then didn't call.
I have wasted my money my time and the problem I am facing is beyond Imagination.
Please do something.
