Dear sir,
I bought a new ausu zen phone 2 on 07th of sep. 2015. I had visited service center several times. Now, recently i have deposited my phone on 5th of sep. 2016 and recived on 8th of sep. (Out of warranty), now i am tied to visit again and again your service center. Asus zenfone 2 hanging issue has not been resolved by the service center since last one year. They have changed several times the mother board of my phone. Asus company service center was not able to solve this issue. I have a big complaint regarding this, your product quality was not good. My problem was not resolved till yet by your service center.
Now, my concern is this :-
1) how much time i have to visited service center?
2) is your product quality is good.?
3) why you not mentioned the service quality information at the time of purchase and in television and internet add also.?
4) i needed the refund of my money?
5) what is inside the phone except mother board?
I need an appropriate action to resolve my concern within a week period from today.in case of failure, i have no option to take matter in competent authority as per law for justice and will be bound to share this incident to social media to aware other consumers about incompetency.
