I have purchased asus zenfone 3 deluxe zs570kl last year march 2017, unfortunately i met an accident and my phone screen get damaged. I submitted the phone near by asus service center in thane maharashtra on 26/07/2018. They agreed to repair and delivery in a week, but till date there is no update from there side, today when i call they told they are not getting the screen or parts please come & collect when the part will available we will call you. Is this the way to handle customer. I want my phone repair asap. Do the needfull and tell me the way what to do.
