Asus India — asus zenfone max handset not working properly.

I have parches one zenfone max 15 days back. The phone is not working as per configuration also the touch sensitivity is very bad. Its taking 3 to 4 second to response. I contact to the seller with in 3 days after purchasing the phone but he is not ready to refund my money. So please help me.
