Asus India — Calls are shivering or broken while using zenfone max phone

Good quality calls became a dream on my newly purchased zenfone max. Already I have changed the both the sim cards suspecting that, the problem is due to the sims. Unfortunately even when we are close to the mobile tower, the sound is broken or shivering or suddenly the signal will be lost. Most often signal indication will be there on display, however wiil be unable to call.The phone was purchased before 6 months due to my good experience with my asus computer.
