Asus India — complain about mobile

Sir, i have complain about handset under warranty.
1st time i have gone to customer care my mobile is not switching on, so they have changed the mother board.
2nd time both sim slots is not working. So they have updated software.
3rd time again mobile is not switching on.
I want mobile exchange. Or else i have to take matter to customer forum. Or i will take level action against this.

My laptop keyboard has some issues where some of the letters do not work properly and also at some cases it gets literally stuck where the brightness goes reduced and it was really slow when I installed virtual box to use Ubuntu, literally it doesn't work at all while using jupyter
My laptop battery is not charging above 79%. so please help me.
