Asus India — complaint against not provided warranty certificate and gift

I have purchase asus tuf series gaming laptop on 4nov2018, apply for warranty on nov16, 2018 it now 2 months and above till now not getting any response asus india about this.
I have call multiple time but the call is always busy and email is send that got reply to be provided in 15 days it now also 20 days from that day.
My ticket id is adw126028.
It will be helpful forme if i get it as soon as possible.

if you have registered your asus laptop on asus india customer portal, then it may be activated or not
I am using asus vivobook, I paid amount for extended warranty to asus exclusive showroom shop, after two days, I. checked on portal, its activated By the asus exclusive shop manager.
now my laptop is three years warranty
