I am very disappointed on buying the Phone IMEI # [protected]. I bought it on 11th Oct 2016 only to realise the very next day, 12th Oct 2016 that its receiver has a problem. I did the initial trouble shooting which didnt help. I wasnt available until today as I had to be out of station on business purposes. Now that I am in Bangalore and the phone is less than 15 days old, I decided to go to service center and ask for a replacement or a refund of the phone.
The service center said they dont have the receiver at stock and will need to order it and takes about 5 days for me to get it. Well, being a project Manager at Accenture I do all my talks with my client on my mobile phone and without that, its like I am not working at all. The phone is at the service center now. But I cant really wait for 5 - 7 days without a phone.
I dont need that phone, please issue a refund to me tomorrow so that I can buy a different phone. I have lost the trust in Asus. Was this information helpful? |
