Asus India — Defective and Fraudulent Laptop sold with delayed and deficient service

To, ASUS and its service centres,

I came across the defectiveness(laptop display) of a fraudulent ASUS Product- ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT Laptop, worth Rs53, 990 within 2 months from date of purchase. The display of Laptop got repaired (by Compuage Infocom, Nehru Place, Delhi ) after 7 months of rigorous calls, mental agony and emotional distress and then a great shock came to me in October, 2021 after the company eaten up my 1 year warranty with their delayed and defecient service. The laptop display itself stopped working and I went to Maximum Services, 1st Floor, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, there they found that laptop display and EDP Cable stopped working.
Then, after 17 days o[censored]ntransparent service, At the time of collection of my product unit, I sensed the fraudsters service providers . These people have stolen and replaced laptop motherboard with a fauly motherboard and sold it because I provided them laptop with working motherboard . I request ASUS company to scrutinize, punish and penalize Maximum Services named service center, 1st Floor, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road .

The act of negligence and 7 months delayed and deficient service of a defective product is a fraudulent and unfair way of doing trade by ASUS .

My consumer rights violated by ASUS and its service centres are:-

1. Right to be informed about standard of services, quality and potency of a product .

2. Fraudulent product received with deficiency in service of the same ..

3. All the aggrieved beneficiaries, Right to Life, Employment and Education is adversely affected by this ASUS product .

4.My career destructed by ASUS as I lost my campus placement due to technical defects in ASUS product and disabled by this product .It will have a long term negative impact over my career.

A monetary loss of Rs.53, 900, mental and emotional harm caused to 5 beneficiaries due to this defective ASUS product .I humbly demand a monetary compensation of product value of Rs. 53, 990 with interest rate from date of purchase and adequate compensation for the distress of all 5 beneficiaries and compensation for long-term. negative career impact over me.
