Hi this is to inform you that i have purchased a mobile phone of asus from flip cart, on 10/10/17. But after 15 days phone was auto restarting and auto emergency dialing, i complained against the problems, they requested to submit the phone to their service centre, i have submitted 3 times to the service centre in these 2 months for the same problems, they have updated the software many times andalso changed the mother board and side key cable but problem was not resolved. Still now i am facing sim slot problem, sim itself becomes unavailable repeatedly, and now sim is not supporting. I have complained many times but again they are suggesting to visit to their service centre. How many times i have to submit this device and why would i submit? I have purchased a new phone not a second hand phone! But this phone is full of defects. And also service centre is not near to my house. I can't be harassed anymore, i am requesting to them to refund me back or replace. L couldn't use the device properly for a single month. I am a student, our financial condition is not so good. I can't visit everyday to their service center. Thus when the warranty period will be over they'll start to charge for servicing. I do regret now that why did i purchased a asus device!
