I have purchased a new laptop asus tuf f15 gaming laptop from vijay sales prabhadevi on date 11 august 2021. The product has a manufacturing defect. The camera doesnt work sometimes. Its a hardware issue. But asus india service center not serious to resolve My prob. Asus srvice center dadar, king crest bldg near kabutar khana talked rudely and denied me to give me replacement of my product
