Problem not solved yet.
I am a PhD student, my PhD review is scheduled this week. I did not get my Laptop repaired on time. I have to wait for the next six months.
This laptop is under warranty. At the time of purchase you have promised onsite support within one day.
But when asked at customer support they replied wait for 4to5 days. If it's urgent, go to the service center.
Now I shall study or go to the service center???
Is this the way ASUS customer support talks to their existing customers ?
This is really mental harassment.
I have not received a call from the ASUS support center. When I called them they said Your case is transferred to the other service provider. What is going on?
