I bought an asus laptop on 20.11.2018 from an asus store in chandigarh. I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a hard drive as goodie for rs. 2000/-. I got confirmation email from asus on 22.11.2018 regarding the payment and they promised to share the goodie with in 45 working days. But since then, its been more than 45 days, no goodie received. I have tried calling them on[protected] but they never pick up the call. They even don't respond to the emails sent to them on [protected]@asuspromo.in. I am tired of their such irresponsible behaviour towards their customer. Therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.
