Dear Sir, My laptop has not been working since the 21st of November. I have filed a complaint and wrote several emails.
On the 22nd of November they generated RMA Number : RMA ID : INSIMB0048After calling the service centre they said your case has been transferred to another service provider.
Also they generated another RMA ID : INSIMB0056 on 23rd of November.

When I called to customer support they have given two different number : [protected] (It is wrong number when called)[protected] (Answer from this number your case has been transferred to Pune )
Now I do not know what exactly is going on? My PhD review is scheduled this week. I am continuously dropping and spending so much time calling customer care. But no positive response from anybody. Now I am losing my mind and patience.
If I do not get my laptop repair on time. I have to appear after six month. Are you going to pay my PhD fees ?
So I can keep patience and wait for a long time.
Everyday wasting so much time writing emails and calling customer support.
Shall I repair my laptop from any other agency ?
This laptop is under warranty.Just take your laptop and refund my hard earned money. Now I have only one option: to go to court and file a case.
