My graphic card stopped working suddenly.
So went to the asus service center and they passed the graphic card to the company but they rejected it. And the reason mentioned on it is said due to Customer induced damage (CID). And they damage they are specifying is burnt. My Graphic Card is under warranty. But then also such issue.
Please take this into consideration as a priority.
If the product was of less amount I would have neglected. But the cost of it is 40, 000 Rupees.
My experience with Asus is bad.
Please provide me replacement as soon as possible.
