I placed an order of 1TB harddisk and 2 year warranty extension of the cost 2098 INR on asusromo.in on 13th August 2020. Completed the Payment process on 19th August 2020. It showed the delivery of offer on 27th September 2020. I thought it's okay that it'll take time to deliver since we have lockdown in some places. I waited till 27th September and checked in the asuspromo.in that what is the status. So it showed that expected date of fullfillment on 03rd October 2020. I thought it's okay its not that late. On 30th September 2020 I received an email regarding the warranty extension. I'll be attaching that email also. Around 6th October I tried calling on the customer care no one answered there. I called on 7th October so the person on the call said that it'll take time because of the corona virus impact. And we will email you once it is approved. But I didn't recieved any email from them after that. Then on 8th October I searched harddisk not recieved by asus so I got this link many of the people faced this problem. So after then I started calling them every alternate day so everytime I talk to them they give me different answers. On 12th October they said that it'll be shipped soon and you will get it by the end of this month. I said okay I should wait for a week. Then I contacted them on 19th October then also the same thing that you will receive it by the end of this month. It was 60 days after the payment has done and I had no clue when I will recieve my order. I was clear that they are playing with me and I will not receive my order. Then I called them on 7th November a long time from the previous call. They said the address you had provided there services are not provided by our logistics partner BlueDart. So you have to provide an alternative address. So if they need an alternative address so they should email me that we need an alternative address. This is their duty to ask their customer for that. So I emailed them my alternative address of my friend and i just copy pasted but the address did not contained the city, pincode and state. So this was also not informed to me until I called them and asked them what is the status. Then on 13th November I called them so they said that your order is ready to dispatch and you will get the order in 9 to 12 days. Then yesterday on 17th November I asked them so they said your item will be delivered in this month only. Like they are playing the game and I do not have any option on their website to cancel the order. One more thing I chose 2 years of extended warranty so my warranty expiry date should be 2022 but when I check the expiry date its 2021.
I now got the point they only take the money but their services are very poor. And their bacckend team is very very good that they take infinite time to send an email.
Please take this matter in focus. Because it's been 90 days from the day of payment and they had mentioned the regular time of delivery of 45 days.
