My Asus notebook hinges have been broken when I was closing my notebook.The reason behind this might be-Hinges were jammed due to poor quality product used by manufacturer and other parts like LCD bezels/covers got affected for this.
The product is new and it is within warranty.There isn't a single scratch present in notebook and functionality remain same as it had on buying time.
Could you please explain me the reasons:
1. Why shall I pay for the spare parts for the manufacturer faults-the hinges were broken at the time of closing notebook-due to poor quality product used by manufacturer/Asus.
2. What is the meaning of warranty if I have to pay for the service charge over the price of spare parts to get the notebook fixed.
3. LCD resolution quality is poor since the beginning
