I have been emailing Asus back and forth for days now. The only thing that happens is I am given a new complaint number, no one actually does anything! The service is appalling and disappointing.
I had taken Asus service for replacement of parts of my laptop from an Asus engineer (RMA number - INR6M90117L). The engineer ( Arvind - F1 solutions Dadar) did not fix my screen properly. Ever since that repair, my screen keeps flickering(I had even attached video proof of the same in my previous emails). I have been contacting every contact person I can to get the engineer to come fix the screen (a problem because he didn' t do the job properly). The only thing i get in return are different case numbers and a promise that an "escalation team" will get in touch with me and it NEVER happens. Support request number - COA2120237. Latest service number - A[protected]-0005
All the engineer has to do is come and fix the screen because he didn't do it properly the first time. How many more emails and back and forth is it going to take? Was this information helpful? |
