Bought asus i3 Laptop on 30th Jan 2022, SR # MBN0CX13A26745D and it was a wrost dicision of my life to go with Asus. The laptop is not working at all even after multiple complaints to Ausus Coustomer care they have not provided satesfactory solutions, received a email where Asus is suggesting to increase SSD/RAM with an addtional cost of Rs. 4000/- which is a fraud, instead of providing the solutions they are asking mony from me.
My Question- Why Asus launched a defective product in market even they know the real fact. I have not used this laptop even a single day and waiste hard earning mony of INR 38000.
I am tottaly frusted by Asus and advised to all, Please don't by the product from Asus in India as they are doing frudent with constomers.
