I am requesting repair for my Asus TUF F15 Series laptop (). I am experiencing issues with the body of the laptop loosening and making a ticking sound when opening and closing the lid.
This problem appears to be caused by screws coming loose within the chassis. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue, and I am concerned about the long-term durability of the laptop & nowadays a new problem is also coming where the Wifi & Bluetooth turns off randomly while using
To rectify this problem, I kindly request a replacement of the lower body of the laptop. This should ensure that the screws are properly secured and prevent the issue from recurring.
