Asus India — laptop stuck issue

Hi team,

I have purchased asus laptop last year and since beginning it is very slow in performance it takes ages to load up and once it gets open it takes time toh get everything ready and when i try to open anything let’s say edge then also it take few minutes to open it i have other laptop but it never take this much time. If i try to open a picture as well it takes minutes to open and it gets stuck automatically whenever working and then i have to hard reboot it every time.
