In july 2018 i bought a laptop from the company asus for studies, since the day i bought the laptop has gone for countless repairs and the rma receipts are piling up, asus support isn't providing a proper fix or even a replacement for my device and every time i call support they send an engineer and fix it in a way that it only works for few days maximum 3 days, and again it goes back for repair.
They have been doing this since day 1and no proper solution has been offered till now.
The warranty of the device is going to be over in 6 months and they are extending the repair time again n again, so the warranty is over soon...
In the past month, alone the motherboard of the device was replaced 4 times even after which it's not working.
Right now, my device still under repair and since day1 i have hardly been able to use it.
Upon asking for replacement they are refusing it since day 1
My college projects are incomplete because i am a media college student and most of my works \projects are digital and it's hampering my education a lot, as i have to rely completely on a laptop.
Important note :
As a student, i took a loan of 1.6 lakh to buy the laptop for education but now i cannot even continue my education because it is digital based and most of the time the laptop is under repair...
I hope you take my concern and help me with it as i am not only fed up with asus but also feel cheated and disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
