Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased an ASUS gaming laptop from Amazon on 28/12/2020. Which is still under warranty but ASUS people say it is showing out of warranty. My question is how ASUS allows Amazon to sell old laptops with expired warranty. Now Laptop is not working. ASUS is not providing promised support. This is clearly fraud with innocent customer. Amazon saled faulty laptop to me. This is really a headache for me and mental disappointment. I have purchased this laptop with my hard earned money. They are not providing support on time. I request them to refund my money or provide another piece of laptop. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
I have spent so much time in writing complaints and calling customer care but no use.
I used this laptop for my research study, so much valuable data stored in my laptop, I do not know how to recover this data.
Asus and Amazon should think about this before selling such a faulty laptop to customers.

I have my PhD review this week. If I don't get laptop repair on time. My PhD review will get reschedule after six months.
Who is responsible for this? Why ASUS has given me faulty laptop and why do they are not providing service on time.
ASUS should understand concern of customer.
